Board of Directors

It is the paramount duty of the Board of Directors to oversee the CEO and other senior management in the competent and ethical operation of the Company on a day-to-day basis and to assure that the long-term interests of the shareholders are being served. To satisfy this duty, the directors will take a proactive, focused approach to their position, and set standards to ensure that the Company is committed to business success through maintenance of the highest standards of responsibility and ethics.

Directors bring to the Company a wide range of experience, knowledge and judgment, and bring these skills to bear for the Company. These varied skills mean that good governance depends on far more than a "check the box" approach to standards or procedures. The governance structure in the Company is designed to be a working structure for principled actions, effective decision-making and appropriate monitoring of both compliance and performance.

CEO Bio

Joining Samoflange as Chief Executive Officer in 2006, Milo John brings fresh ideas to the company and is responsible for architecting and implementing the strategic plans and policies as approved by Samoflange's Board of Directors.

Milo's responsibilities touch all functional areas within the company, providing leadership to the management team in developing and executing departmental strategies and goals, and ensuring continuity with corporate directives. He has ultimate responsibility for the long-range strategic planning, corporate financial structure, shareholder and banking relations, joint ventures, and strategic business relationships.

As founder, Chief Technology Architect, and company visionary, Kevin Keryk provides both strategic business and technical leadership at Samoflange. Under Kevin's strategic direction, Samoflange has designed and produced significant industry-leading technological advances in the areas of high reliability samoflange and megacondenser technology. Widely recognized as an authority in industrial- and defense-grade products, Kevin has authored numerous articles and spoken at multiple events on this topic.

After working as an engineer for such companies as Mennen Medical and Inter-Tel Communications Systems, Kevin's natural leadership abilities, entrepreneurial skills, and the idea to integrate the then fledgling samoflange technology into industry standard form factors led to the formation of Samoflange Corporation in 2004.
